How to appeal against a decision on housing allowance

You can appeal against a decision on housing allowance if you believe that the decision was based on incorrect information.

What are you appealing about?

Select the reason that is most relevant to your appeal:

Was your appeal rejected?

If your appeal was rejected, you can ask for it to be reviewed by an independent appeals board. You must inform your municipality/borough if you want this to happen.

You must present new information about your situation. The Housing Bank will then review your case. If we still don’t want to change our decision, we will send the appeal to an independent appeals board.
