Right to appeal
You may appeal a decision if you think that it is based on incorrect information.
- The appeal is to be sent to the housing allowance office of your local municipality.
- The deadline for submitting an appeal is three weeks after you have received the decision.
- You have to document new information.
The Housing Bank looks into all appeals against housing allowance decision. If the Housing Bank rejects the appeal, you can choose to pass the appeal to the independent appeals board.
