How can I upload attachments to my eApplication?

You can upload attachments with a mobile phone, tablet or computer.

If you have a paper copy of the attachment

Take a photo of the attachment with your mobile phone or tablet.

When taking the photo:

  1. Lay the document down flat.
  2. Make sure that there is enough light.
  3. Hold the camera still.
  4. Make sure the photo is sharp and that the document is legible.

To upload it to the eApplication you must do one of the following things:

  1. Log in to the eApplication with your mobile phone or tablet, and upload the photo as an attachment.
  2. Send the photo to your own e-mail address, save it and upload it when you complete the eApplication.

Use a scanner

Using a scanner you have at home:

  • Scan the document and save the file somewhere easy to find.

Using a scanner at a library or other public place:

  • Send the scanned document to your e-mail address.
